The player starts in a small, normal room in a house. They use the four different types of operant conditioning (positive reinforcement, positive punishment, negative reinforcement, negative punishment). You are seemingly alone, and in order to get what you need to survive, you must complete a set of tasks. It could range from pushing a button to get food, to memorizing a series of buttons to get medication for your headache.

As the game progresses, new areas of the room are unlocked and the tasks get more complex and slightly questionable. Finally your view on reality breaks, and you must find your way out of this sick experiment.
