BEFORE picking it up please do the following:

- Call a your local wildlife rehabilitators to let them know, and also determine if the animal actually needs help! If you're in our area call us at 801-814-7888.
- Go here and check our flowcharts according to the animal you found to further determine if you need to do anything.
Sometimes what appears to be a problem is often a normal event as young animals learn. Usually their parents are nearby watching and feeding them.
This is especially true with dangerous animals! If you've found a baby bear, wolf, big cat, or other carniverous animal, LEAVE IT! Interfering with these babies can be VERY DANGEROUS!
