This is Kendrick’s second studio album (a lot of his fans call it his best as well, like myself!) To Pimp a Butterfly was released on March 15, 2015, the idea of the album, representing the struggles of the African American people with racism, racial segregation, and basically, how America has always treated African American people different just because of their skin color.
